Over the past three years my wife and I have purchased and sold several properties through Bob. Additionally, I have referred friends and family members to Bob for representation. In all cases Bob provided excellent representation and customer service. He represented us well in all transactions and was always available to answer any questions we had. I can tell you that after having moved three times to three different states in five years that you were the best, most knowledgeable, and congenial real estate agent that my wife and I have dealt with.

We chose Bob Allen to help us find a house to buy in Athens, GA during a week-long visit. We had never been anywhere in GA previously. Mr. Allen was prepared for our visit with numerous houses that he felt met our criteria, and adjusted what he showed us as we looked at houses each day. We were able to find a house to buy during that week, and sealed the deal with the seller. He continued to be helpful to us as we negotiated the loan process from out of the country.

I thought you’d like to know about our experience with Bob Allen. We spent a good deal of time trying to find the right person to list our home. Mulling and weighing various agents and agencies, we found Bob Allen toward the end of our process. As with many things in life, timing is everything, and in this case it certainly worked out in our favor. Bob proved to be a perfect fit, and exceeded our expectations at every turn while selling our home. It needs no emphasizing that there are a lot of questions out there about the housing market. While areas are far from alike, and conditions in Athens are obviously different than in Las Vegas or San Diego, we still felt the pressure of uncertainty while our home was for sale. You couldn’t dream up a better agent than Bob, since he was our strong and ultimately valuable rudder, guiding the sale of our house through the storm. Each time we’d second-guess a decision, Bob was there to convincingly assure us that all would go well. He had a great (and rare) combination of market savvy and knowledge along with an exceptionally easy-going approach and good-cheer. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Bob. Our only regret is that he won’t move to Florida with us, to be our agent there as well. But if we move back to Athens one day, we have already added Bob to our long list of wonderful aspects about this town. You can be sure that we’ll recommend both to all.

This note could be pages long singing Bob’s praises but my hand would give out long before I could finish! Therefore, let me just say that, without a doubt, Bob Allen is one of the finest, considerate, honorable, gentile and all-around wonderful men I have had the pleasure of knowing. As an agent he is second to none. (And I should know, I have bought and sold 8 homes in the last 35 years). I don’t know what this note will do for him in regard to the status of his position with Prudential, but in my opinion he could be considered your “best-ever” agent. He isn’t like any agent I have ever known or dealt with! He is outstanding to say the least. We will always try and send home sellers and buyers to him from now on.
